The exterior appearance of your aircraft sets the critical first impression of you and your company.  SAI offers a full menu of services from a quick “trip ready” cleaning to a full wash, wax, and brightwork polishing.  We can customize the level of cleaning to suit your needs.

Exterior Aircraft Wash:  SAI uses only aviation approved products to clean your aircraft. Our full exterior detail includes the entire fuselage, wings, leading edges, tail, cockpit, landing gear, windows, and entry stairs. We also hand polish MED rails, and upon request clean the aft rear storage area.

Brightwork Polishing:  SAI uses Nuvite polishing compounds to restore the brilliance and shine to brightwork.  Our highly trained personnel can remove minor scratches, blemishes and oxidation with cosmetic polishing.  The finishing touch - not used by many detailers, is the use of a dual head orbital polisher that imparts a brilliant, swirl free mirror like shine to the surface.

Exterior Wax:  SAI can perform a complete exterior hand wax to the painted surfaces of your aircraft using Aeroglaze, aviation grade wax and paint protectant that cleans as well as protects the paint.

Compound Paint Polishing:  If your paint has lost its shine and a more intensive procedure is required, then our personnel can machine polish all painted surfaces to remove imbedded debris and oxidation, and restore the airplane paint to it’s original shine.

Xzilon Paint and Corrosion Protection:  SAI is a certified applicator of Xzilon 3 AECI (Aircraft Exterior Corrosion Inhibitor). Xzilon has been approved for use by the world’s major airframe manufacturers, to include Boeing, Douglas, Airbus, and Gulfstream.  Xzilon is a proven inhibitor of surface corrosion on brightwork and can also be applied to painted surfaces.  Xzilon adheres on a molecular level to the painted surface of an aircraft, greatly reducing stains from acid rain and surface pollutants, thus extending the life and appearance of your paint.  In addition, nothing sticks to it, so cleaning time and labor is greatly reduced.

Gear Wells and Rear Beams: Clean and degrease the interior components of the extended flaps and landing gear wells.  We recommend this detailed cleaning process be performed at least twice a year.

Refurbish De-Ice Boots:  SAI will strip the old sealant, prep, and apply new sealant to boots using only manufacturer recommended products.
