Leather Restoration:  SAI is an authorized service provider of the Townsend Leather Restoration Process.  Our leather specialists have been trained by The Leather Institute at Townsend Leather.  We can take your worn leather and restore it to a “like new” appearance. This process is also used to repair flaws, scratches, and cuts while maintaining the soft, natural feel of the leather. The Townsend Restoration Process complies with FAR part 25.853.

Carpet Stain Protection: SAI is a licensed provider of Microseal Stain Protector, this product is environmentally safe, non-toxic, and non-allergenic. Microseal can be used on carpets as well as fabrics to provide exceptional protection from almost all types of stains. It is colorfast, reduces sun fading and complies with FAR part 25.853. SAI has protected hundreds of aircraft interiors with Microseal since 1993 and we have never had a dissatisfied client.

Xzilon Paint and Corrosion Protection:  SAI is a certified applicator of Xzilon 3 AECI (Aircraft Exterior Corrosion Inhibitor). Xzilon has been approved for use by the world’s major airframe manufacturers, to include Boeing, Douglas, Airbus, and Gulfstream.  Xzilon is a proven inhibitor of surface corrosion on brightwork and can also be applied to painted surfaces.  Xzilon adheres on a molecular level to the painted surface of an aircraft, greatly reducing stains from acid rain and surface pollutants, thus extending the life and appearance of your paint.  In addition, nothing sticks to it, so cleaning time and labor is greatly reduced.
